OLED vs. LCD, the ending depends on your decision!

The villain threatens to detonate every nuclear missile in the world in just 24 hours. Top agents Jane and Michael are on a mission to stop the nuclear launch. In the course of their mission, Jane and Michael come head-to-head with a series of traps set by the villain. Their split second choice will change the fate of Earth.

Mission 1 Unveil the Painting

Jane has infiltrated the villain’s headquarters. Here, she encounters her first missionㅡa trap laid out by the villain.

    In the villain's lair, she discovers an unidentified object. On the LCD screen, it appears to be a black painting.

    But it was a bomb, not a painting! Where could the villain have hidden the fuse wire?

    The agent is devastated by his failed missionㅡall because he could not see the details in the dark screen.

    "Jane, stop! It’s a bomb, watch out!"

    In the same situation, a fine silver fuse wire is shown clearly in the black background of the painting. Aha! This is a bomb disguised as a painting.

    "Hey, chicken, you were actually kinda cool over there."

Mission 2 Get past the trap

Infiltrating deeper inside, Jane and Michael are blocked by laser tripwires. They must identify each and every beam in order to map out an escape route.

    Jane goes deeper into the villain's lair. This time, she has to overcome a trap made of laser tripwires. Jane asks Michael to communicate the infiltration route.

    "What?! Why is there a trap here? Michael?"

    As they carry on with infiltration following the route displayed on the LCD screen, the alarm goes off as they run into a trap the display failed to show.

    How’d the trap pop up out of nowhere?

    Mission failed—due to laser tripwires LCD has failed to display.

    "Wow, what’s all this? Jane, time for yoga."

    Same situation, but this time with OLED displaying the laser wires ahead. Now the array of beams is clearer than ever.

    Jane cautiously passes every single ray and navigates her way through the laser grid. Finally, she reaches the door and opens it.

A dark room filled with traps, which are red lasers, is visible, and information on the number of dimming areas of liquid crystal displays (LCDs) and organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs).

Finally, Jane reaches the end game. Yet, there are three identical villains. Who is the real one?

    The final mission—a clash with three villains! There’s only one real culprit and so is the opportunity to identify the right one.

    On the LCD screen, villains appear in purple for Michael and blue for Jane.

    The difference between the color they see with their eyes and what appears on the display fazes the agents. At the moment of commotion, the nuclear bomb detonates.

    Mission failed—due to inaccurate color presentation. Had it been OLED, would they have been able to succeed?

    "Got it! The colors match perfectly! It’s the one in the middle! Take it apart!"

    This time, Jane and Michael are able to discern the real culprit among the three of them as OLED displays the exact color of the villain’s clothes.
